As a group of independent physicians, we see in our immediate future the emergence of a new and lasting model of healthcare delivery. Rather than the fee-for-service reimbursement models we are accustomed to, we believe healthcare will increasingly be measured by value (e.g., quality, utilization, and cost). We believe the momentum for change is here to stay, and we seek to lead this change in our market, by developing a network that is led by physicians and willing to partner with likeminded health care providers and health systems.
